Instruction of Application
Warning: Strictly follow the instruction to avoid injury.
1 Unpacking
Components may vary by regions.
Remove the packing bulbs carefully.
Warning:
1). The machine shall be applied with the rated power.
2). Keep the machine in well ventilated condition and away from explosives.
3). Keep the machine stably and horizontally.
4). Keep the machine dry all the way in stock, transport and operation.
2 Control Panel
1)Set the date and time with the Time Set button and (+/-) when in standby state which
rated 10 w.
2)When in standby, set time by pressing Time Set button together with (+/-);
3)℃ /F Conversion can be realized by pressing Temperature Set with (+/-) when in standby
state.
4)Press the Temperature button with (+/-) to set temperature when in running state.
Press once to turn on the upper heating pipes; press twice to turn on all heating pipes,
upper and lower; press three times, to shut all heating pipes.
Press once and turn on the vacuum pump and electric magnet, and the machine is under
auto-running with the turn-on or turn-off of the vacuum pump.
Press once shortly to begin or end countdown. Press for 3 seconds to reset. Do not
press the button during operation.

4 Transfer Tips
1.) If the transfer paper turns yellow after printing or texts on the picture seems faint, please Lower
the temperature and shorten the heating time.
2.) The temperature and time have to be changed accordingly due to different paper, products,
machines and weather conditions.

6 FAQ
Q: The printing turns to be unclear.
A: 1) Check the vacuum gauge if the vacuum pressure reaches 600/ mmhg. If the pressure fails to
reach the value, leakage can be assured. Check the vacuum extracting strip to see if it’s well sealed.
2) Check connectors of the pipe if there is some looseness or leakage.
Q: What if automatic operation failed, including air extraction, suction and countdown?
A: Adjust the distance between the vacuum extracting plate and the switch. Normally, the distance
shall be at 3mm, magnet strength will be weak if the distance is too far.
Q: What if abnormal sound occurs and the machine fails to run normally?
A: 1) Open the cover of the rear power box and check if any wind-up on the vacuum fan. If there is,
unwire it.
2) Check if any water in the air filter. Water shall be poured out and the filter core shall be replaced
periodically.
Q: The machine fails to heat and rise temperature.
A: 1) Check if the heating switch has been turned on and the indicators on the display are glistening.
If not, turn on the switch.
Q: A big gap is found between the set and real temperature.
A : 1) Overheating within 30 ℃ is acceptable when the metal heating pipes work;
2) Check if the cooling fan beneath the circuit board works normally. If any damage, replace the fan.
3) The machine is designed with double circuit for temperature control, keeping the inner oven
temperature below 250 ℃, or the machine will cease heating.
